TextToSpeech.Online is a free, browser-based text-to-speech tool. All conversion is performed locally using your device's Web Speech API. Core features (listen in browser) are free and unlimited. Premium features (MP3 download with AI voices) are available as a paid upgrade.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. VOICE QUALITY DEPENDS ON YOUR BROWSER AND OPERATING SYSTEM.

4. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TEXTTOSPEECH.ONLINE, ITS OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. You must not use the Service to generate audio for illegal, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

The TextToSpeech.Online name, logo, and website content are our property. Generated audio is yours to use as you wish.

7. Premium Services

Premium features are paid services. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing and feature availability with notice.

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
